General

  • Pinnacle Pilates is a luxury reformer and mat Pilates studio designed to elevate your mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in intention and led by expert instruction, we offer a refined space where movement meets mindfulness. With pilates sessions, infrared sauna experiences, and a strong sense of community, we invite you to reconnect—within and with others. At Pinnacle, wellness goes deeper than the surface. This is movement with meaning.

  • Pinnacle Pilates is designed for all fitness levels—from those new to Pilates to seasoned movers. Every class offers thoughtful modifications and progressions, allowing you to move confidently and grow at your own pace. As with any new journey, there may be an adjustment period. Our serene, softly lit environment invites you to turn inward, quiet external distractions, and let go of comparison—whether with yourself or others. As you become more attuned to verbal cues rather than visual ones, you’ll discover a deeper connection to your body and the present moment.

If you’re managing chronic pain, injuries, or a medical condition, we encourage you to consult with your physician before beginning any new movement practice.

  • Our classes have varying levels of intensity. Summit Sculpt is higher-intensity, Energize + Elevate is medium-intensity featuring more dynamic movement and Foundation Flow is restorative, beginner friendly.

  • Grip Socks are required for all Reformer classes for safety and hygiene and are available for purchase. For any questions, please call, email, or visit the front desk.

  • There is no one-size-fits-all. Listen to your body and choose what best suits your lifestyle. We love seeing you but firmly believe the rest is as important as the work. Mixing a Foundation Flow class into your routine will go a long way.
